I'm a movement educator for nontraditional students and spaces. Through yoga, mindfulness, and creative movement I lead accessible and empowering experiences that promote acceptance, agency, and creativity across age and ability. I believe that wellness is a foundational human right that belongs out in the open and in every day and every body.
