Our yoga and meditations combine Jewish teachings and the eight limbs of yoga to facilitate an embodied and deeply spiritual connection with Judaism. Exploring Jewish ritual and traditions through a lens of mindfulness we draw parallels and lessons from mysticism, Torah, secular text, yogic thought, and current events.

Engagements include:
  • Combined meditation and yoga themed on a holiday or current event
  • Shabbat or Havdalah Yoga
  • Collaborative deep dives into Torah and Kabbalah with religious team leadership
  • Yoga Classes
  • Workshops: Intro to Jewish Mindfulness;  Sferiot and Chakras: Embodying the Divine
Upcoming public Workshops & classes
​No, you don't have to be Jewish or "religious" to participate! Sessions are secular in nature and serve as a great introduction to Jewish teachings.
